Description:
The Douenias Family Scholarship for Scholar Athletes was established by the Douenias Family to reward a student with a combined high academic achievement and a long-standing commitment to their sport. It is awarded to a Morristown High School senior planning to attend a 4-year college or university. Preference will be given to students living in the town of Morristown. It is a one-time $1000 award.
Criteria:
The scholarship will be open to all Morristown High School seniors who meet the following requirements:

Weighted GPA of 4.0 or higher

Earned or expected to earn a Varsity Letter in any Morristown High School sport either junior or senior year

Acceptance with plans to attend and pursue a degree from an accredited 4-year college or university

Preference will be given to applicants living in the town of Morristown
