Myles Smiled on You Award Recipients
Myles Mislavsky – a beloved 2013 Morristown High School graduate – was known for being kind, generous, and having a bright personality. Myles Mislavsky’s family created the Myles Smiled on You Award in 2019 to address the heavy burden of college debt while honoring Myles’ vibrant spirit and unforgettable smile.
Each year, his family – Hector Mislavsky, Judy Martinez and Jessie Mislavsky – honors his memory through this Award to help MHS graduates pay off secondary school loan debt. Applicants shared their challenges, acts of empathy, and community contributions as part of the application process. Several recipients knew Myles personally and continue his legacy by giving back, spreading positivity, and showing care and kindness.
